The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had never been to Prague before and I had heard that people were a little cold. However I did not find that at all. The staff were eager to ensure I enjoyed my stay, giving me a free map on arrival and pointing out the public transport nearby, and the multiple sights. Breakfast included was continental buffet style with lovely fresh coffee available. There was a good selection of breakfast cereals , cold meats and cheeses. This hotel is 5 mins walk from metro and same to trams, making the whole of Prague easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a short city break, or business in Prague.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the staff was attentive to our needs. the hotel was located near a tram stop, which made it easy to get around the city. the room had a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows.
The hotel was quite far from the main tourist attractions, which made it difficult to fully enjoy Prague during the holiday season. the heating in the room was not working properly, making it cold and uncomfortable during the winter weather.

A perfect choice for city trip to Prague. Clean and comfortable. The staff and the services were excellent. Not in city-center but still convenient and quiet. Strongly recommended.
Nothing except a construction work near by which is not the responsibility of the hotel.

This hotel has a lovely quiet location but it's still walking distance to the city centre. You could take a lovely stroll along the river to Charles Bridge or visit one of the restaurants nearby. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and can give advice on local attractions and how to get there. the rooms are spacious, clean and well, appointed with coffee and tea, making facilities.
The check, in process was slow.

The Hotel exceeded expecations. The hotel had an excellent appearance, freshly painted, well decorated and was very clean and tidy. The rooms looked like they were newly renovated and although my room was small it had everything I needed. The staff were very efficient and helpful.
I had an early check out so wanted to pay the night before. The credit card machine did not work so I had to leave the hotel late in the evening to withdraw cash from a bank machine. One other small detail would be to put small jugs of fresh milk on the tables in the dining room (for international travellers who use fresh milk in their tea and coffee).

It was very good hotel. Rooms were newly furnished and comfortable. There was everything for taking rest (soft beds and fresh bed-linen, clean bath with all accessories like soap, bath gel and hair-dryer). Excellent breakfast with different muesli, breads, gourmet meat (kolbasa, wurst), cheeses etc. The location is quiet and not far from the city-center. Triple room was great, one bed was independent and suited for one adult, room was with table. There was free wi-fi. I recommend 100% to choose this lodging in Prague!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its location was perfect as it was near a tram station and within walking distance to Charles Bridge and other main sites in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and we were impressed by the facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and detailed suggestions on what to see and how to get there. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Proprietor went out of his way to make me feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for him... including serving a free afternoon tea!

Most staff were friendly; reasonable location for sightseeing
No Wi-Fi access at higher floors; rooms perhaps a bit small for a 4-star

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect for me, as it was situated in a quiet area just a short walk from the main tourist area. It provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. They were always there to help me with any request I had, and they never refused to assist me. The room amenities were also excellent, with a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a sitting area, providing enhanced comfort and convenience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
